2014 - The work of continuous improvements is ongoing within our production and warehouse processes, as well as for staff. Even though this year shows a weak economy for most of our customers branches, we see an increased demand for G-TEKs added value services. The line of plastic welding i re-designed for improved productivity and increased product quality. 

2013 - We invested in a silk-screen printing machine to brand low volume filters to our customers. The Engineering department expanded to meet our customers’ increasing demand of engineering services. This is the first year with a consecutive delivery precision of + 95%. We can finally see the pay off from all hard work done within LEAN and infrastructure.

2012 - To meet the technical demand in Tier 3B and Tier 4 installations we introduced a new product area - Heat shields. Also Stainless steel is introduced for components within Exhaust systems. G-TEK extended and invested in our work shop for prototypes to meet the increased demand from our customers. We invested further in IT-systems and infrastructure to build strength and LEAN-flow for increased cost efficiency and quality.

2011 – In co-operation with Donaldson we start to provide service and deliveries to +25 new customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. G-TEK employs native German speaking personnel. Stina Treven become a new member of the board. The warehouse was totally rebuilt with a new design and a LEAN-program was launched.

2010 – CEO and founder Bo Gummeson is replaced by Henrik Hartler. New main shareholder is Brunna Industripartner. Johan Amneus from Brunna Industripartner takes the place as Chairman of the board. Bo Gummeson remains as shareholder and member of the board.

2009 – G-TEK starts with a new product area – AntiVibrationMounts (AVM) with Georg Schmiterlöw.

2008 - Flexfab becomes our new partner for formed and standardized silicon hoses. We start to produce Service Kits to one of our main customers with Filters and Belts. Boxes and all products are nicely branded according to our customers’ design and part numbers.

2007 - Gates becomes our new partner for shaped rubber hoses. We are now 15 employees.

2006 – We acquire a new warehouse in Kungsängen north of Stockholm. After a re-model we now have a warehouse with an office building attached of 2800 m². Our annual turnover is over 4 million Euro.

2004 - We pass 2 million Euro in annual turnover

2001 – Move number 2 happens in late 2000, early 2001 and goes to a warehouse of 900 m² in Järfälla, slightly north of Stockholm. We get ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.

2000 – We pass 1 million Euro in annual turnover

1999 – We are now 5 employees.

1998 – Our first move goes to a 300 m² warehouse in Vällingby.

1996 – Karin Norderfeldt becomes G-TEKs first employee. We broaden our product line to include inlet hoses in polyethylene and rubber hoses.

1995 – G-TEK is founded by Bo Gummesson. With no other employees he becomes authorized distributor for Donaldson in Sweden. The first office is 200 m² that is shared by three other new companies.
